Refund Policy

Rental Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We encourage all clients to familiarize themselves with our Rental Rescheduling & Refund Policy to avoid any disappointment. Should you need to cancel your rental, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@verveand.co.

If you inform us 10 or more working days before your rental start date:

  • You can reschedule to a future date,
  • Receive a gift card equivalent to the rental amount, valid for one year,
  • Or cancel and receive a full refund, which will take up to 10 working days to process via our payment merchant.

If you notify us within 9 working days* of your rental start date but before the item has been shipped or collected:

  • You can reschedule your rental to a later date,
  • Or receive a gift card for the full rental amount.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds within this period.

*Note: If your delivery address is outside of Cape Town, your item may have been shipped two working days before the rental start date, in which case the following applies.

If you notify us after the item has been shipped or collected:

  • We are unable to offer refunds, rescheduling, or credit due to costs already incurred such as delivery and packaging.
